Terms & Conditions Please be advised that due to the liabilities of the prescription for medically graduated compression garments (and compression aids) all prescription referrals from the physician, indicating Accucare Canada as the provider, will be filled according to the directions indicated by the physician. Accucare Canada will not be held responsible for the patients medical compression garment outcome should the patient decide to fill the prescription elsewhere. All Web prices indicated are in Canadian funds and are posted ONLY for those patients who wish to purchase online through our secure payment processes. All pricing is subject to change. All Shipping is facilitated by Canada Post. |

Any order cancelled following placement
of that order will be subject to a 25% processing fee or an issue of a credit note, regardless of the situation, and at the discretion of Accucare Canada Inc. Due to hygiene reasons, medically graduated
compression garments
cannot be returned. Manufacture defects or concerns must be addressed within 5 business days following receipt of order, with original packaging and receipt. All NSF cheques will be
charged a 25% service charge.
