Compression Bandage Wrapping Service

Accucare Canada provides a
compression bandage wrapping service to meet the needs of our patients who require compression bandages for wound care management.

  • PROGUIDE is an innovative multi-layer elastic compression bandage system that provides clinicians the most confidence in safety and effectively treating venous leg ulcers. 
  • PROGUIDE Vari-stretch* technology means you can achieve the optimum therapeutic pressure 40mmHg at the ankle over a much wider range (30-70%) of bandage extention.
  • Once the limb has been reduced, the patient can be measured for a medical compression garment.







Mobile Pump Compression Service

Accucare Canada provides our patients
with another mobile compression service
 that utilizes a fully portable
compression unit. This unit uses
independent chambers for reducing
and managing peripheral edema, lymphedema, venous stasis ulcers,
stump reduction and DVT's.
This unit inflates air chambers so that
excess intercellular fluid is “pumped” back into venous and lymphatic systems.
Once the limb has been reduced, the
patient can be measured for a medical compression garment.

The elastic fibers of your compression garments break down with daily wear.
They must be replaced every 4-6 months to ensure maximum compression.
