How experienced are your professionals?

Our AccuCare Certified Fitters have over 30+ years combined experience when it comes to properly fitting and dispensing medically rated compression garments.

Our AccuCare Canada executive team is comprised of professionals that are not only experienced but highly recommended and respected by physicians throughout the world. Our President has over 30 years of experience specific to healthcare/cancer treatment facilities. Our Executive Director has over 30 years of experience specific to delivering complex technical/engineering/solutions along side six sigma manufacturing practices.

As a team, we strive for excellence and constantly give assistance when other organizations or communities are in need. Proudly we sit on the board, as directors, to other organizations seeking support and coaching.


What are Promo Codes?

Our group will sometimes offer exclusive promotional discounts to our already amazing prices. Should you receive a Promo Code simply apply it when you have concluded your purchase and have entered the Cart area. Input the Promo Code (i.e 1234) and press Apply Code. Your discount amount will be automatically applied and the amount will now appear in the Subtotal area.


What methods do you use to ship products?

All Domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post - Express Mail Pre Paid or another courier of our choice (please allow between 5 to 10 business days for your order to arrive) once processing has been completed. (International customers are responsible for any additional custom fees and import taxes).


Does your group support environmentally friendly shipping practices?


Our medical manufacturing partners seal their medical stockings in either plastic packaging or a retail box (or both).


How quickly will you ship my order?

Orders are processed within 3-15 BUSINESS days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow an ADDITIONAL 5 to 10 business days for actual transit time of your item.

Due to the unprecedented global pandemic (COVID-19), please expect possible delays due to manufacturing production time delays & back orders delays. We appreciate your patience during this time.


What do you charge for shipping?

Orders that exceed a Subtotal of $300 Canadian Dollars (after all promo code entries or special discounts have been added) will be shipped FREE of charge using Canada Post or a courier of our choice.

Orders that Subtotal less than $300 Canadian Dollars will be charged a flat rate $15 Canadian Dollars plus tax for shipping via Express Post air mail (service comes with a tracking number).


Do you offer rush shipping?

Yes, many of our medical devices are available for rush shipping (i.e., next day air, 2nd day air, etc). If you need to place a RUSH order, please call our Toll-Free number prior to placing your order.


What Taxes do you charge/collect for purchases made in Canada?

If you live in any one of the following Provinces (listed in the chart below) or Territories and DO NOT have a Prescription for your purchase, you will be charged the following Tax rate:

Prince Edward Island HST 14%
New Brunswick HST 15%
Newfoundland and Labrador HST 15%
Nova Scotia HST 15%
Territories and other Provinces GST 5%

However, if you have a valid prescription, once you enter the checkout Cart area of our website you can Upload or attached a Copy of a valid Prescription (Rx) in a jpeg format (under 10 megs). 1st press the "Upload Rx" button, 2nd press "then Apply Rx to Order" button. The Tax amount will be exempt for that/those particular eligible items. You can also email our medical group a copy of your Rx once you complete your order, if you prefer, and we will refund you back the taxes paid for those medical devices selected. Your paid invoice will then be adjusted and emailed to you.


Do you provide other health care products?

If you are referring to medical walkers, canes, wheelchairs, scooters or health supplements, the answer is NO. AccuCare Canada Inc is focused only on providing medical compression devices & orthopedic braces/support products. Everything from advanced compression stockings, compression sport socks, compression arm sleeves, sport compression body garments, cosmetic surgery recovery garments, advanced cold compression sport/recovery wraps, operating room body cooling systems, sequential compression Class II pumps to orthopedic braces and supports.


Do you have a 30 day Return Policy?

All medical garments and medical devices listed on our website are considered "Personal Hygiene Medical Devices" items and CANNOT BE RETURNED (regardless if packaging has been opened or not). So please make sure you have taken the time to read this information prior to completing your purchase.

Our medical group is confident that you would rather know that the medical garments or medical devices that you have purchased from our group have NEVER touched the body of another, prior to you receiving them. Unlike other organizations that accept medical device returns, then resell them. Our medical group has never and will never subject our patients to this type of practice! The fact that certain types of parasites/micro bacteria (MRSA and VRE) can survive on textiles for up to 90 days, is what initiated our strict No Return Policy back in 2003. In addition, all medical products listed on our website come with a 30 day guarantee from manufacturer defects ONLY. Should you encounter a defect, you must contact our group within 30 days of receiving your order, state the reason for the return and our group will forward you a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to you sending the item back (at your expense). Once the item has been received by our group, it will be reviewed for the noted defect. Should it be determined that there is, in fact, a defect present a replacement or credit will be issued back to you (at our discretion).

Please note: If an item is returned to our group without a "RA" number it will not be accepted and will be returned to sender/or destroyed.


Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

Our medical group is a Health Canada approved, licensed Medical Device Establishment. Once you place and pay for your order with our group you will not be able to cancel your order due to our strict fraud protection programs in place. The moment you place and pay for an order with our medical group you agree to all of our Terms, Conditions, FAQ's, etc noted throughout our website. You are required, by law, to read them. Once our group receives your order, an order confirmation email is sent to you, then an official detailed PAID invoice is emailed to you. This Order Confirmation and PAID medical invoice binds you into an agreement between you and AccuCare Canada Inc. This is to prevent an individual from cancelling their order, but then they still submit their medical PAID invoice to their insurance provider or another government or Health Canada program for reimbursement (as this type of conduct is fraudulent and will not be tolerated by our medical group of companies). So to protect all parties involved with your medical transaction, cancellations will not be authorized. Therefore, please take the time to read all of our information found throughout our website prior to placing your order, as you will be bound to all our listed Terms, Conditions, FAQ's, etc posted on our website.
